My mom's 2006 Honda Pilot has a tin worm infestation, how bad is it?
In the one picture the rust us only in the door jam the rest of the brown is just dirt. (there might be a little surface rust over the wheel well where a rock chipped...but I'm not sure how well the iPhone4 picked it up.

I can't see any rust, so it must not be that bad.

Damn iPhone, in the door jam there are 3 spots with bubbles behind them, and there is a bubble in the first picture

having grown up in Cleveland. i see no rust.
I've driven too many vehicles that there was only carpet between the interior and the road, every drive resulted in WET carpeting that would stay wet until summer.
one of my trucks had a road sign tucked under the carpet to act as the floorboard.
this is rust:

So the bubbles should be easily fixed, I just want to ensure the bubbles don't turn into that. I'm more concerned with what's happening under the surface.
The area I live in has a huge ghetto so I see cars rotting apart too

Well it's not my car...I won't have to drive it like that.
It was actually rust proofed when we bought it, that $1500 would have been better used for touching/buffing out the car

You can get paint matched touch up pens from parts stores or the dealer. Then just sand it down that spot and repaint. Make sure to get a clear coat pen as well.

First we are going to pull the I'm soooo disappointed and I've bought 3 cars from here and will probably buy another one...what can you do for me. Otherwise I would fix it but I'm scared to see how deep it is. We already have a touch up pen for this purpose.
